Group Mat

Bridger Pilates Mat Classes utilize Joseph Pilates’ original exercises in a contemporary and biomechanically sound way to challenge clients through safe yet highly effective instruction. Classes focus on STOTT Pilates’ 5 basic principals of breathe, pelvic placement, rib cage alignment, shoulder stability, and head/neck placement. Instructors will explore exercises that increase spinal mobility and rotation, deep core strength, and the juxtaposition of mobility vs stability. Classes are tiered for multiple abilities as we strive to meet each client where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Bridger Pilates Equipment Classes are a great way to expand your Pilates practice by incorporating the use of spring based resistance. These courses give arms and legs a greater workout than often found in a mat class while still exploring the same principals and concepts in varying ways and planes. Classes accommodate intermediate and advanced clients.

TRX provides suspension training bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stabilization simultaneously. Taught by highly certified STOTT Pilates instructors, Bridger Pilates TRX classes will give you the cardiovascular and strength training challenges you are looking for under careful and close anatomical supervision.
