Kelly Gorder is certified as a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates instructor and has been teaching since 2013. She believes Pilates can complement any lifestyle to support injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well increase overall fitness, balance and strength towards positive aging. Kelly is also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach , which reinforces her client centered approach to teaching. Kelly believes Pilates can help clients feel better, stronger and create the tools to for them to get outside and live a long and healthy life.
