Robin was introduced to Pilates in 1994 as a means for improving core strength and flexibility to compliment her dance training. She first encountered STOTT Pilates as a professional dancer in the late 1990’s and fell in love with its approach.
Practicing Pilates alongside her dance training and professional career, Robin feels the benefit of this exercise carries over to every aspect of life—from athletic performance enhancement, injury prevention & rehabilitation, to general fitness and physical well-being. She loves working with individuals on achieving their personal health and fitness goals and creating a better quality of life.
Robin danced professionally for Houston Ballet, Ballet Memphis and St. Louis Ballet. She has over 10 years of teaching experience.
