We are offering two separate workshop sessions to choose from – one for a morning group & another for a separate afternoon group.

Workshop Schedule

30-Minute Welcome & Intro

Guests will be greeted & shown a tour of the workshop space. Coffee, mimosas & light snacks will be offered before the Pilates workshop begins.

2-Hour Pilates Workshop

The first half of the session will be an hour of Pilates education & practice followed by an hour of an integrative, full-body Pilates workout, applying the concepts & methods from the first hour. The workshop is created for anyone, from beginners to more advanced Pilates practitioners. Modifications will be offered for lower intensity as well as increased difficulty.

1.5-Hour Acupuncture & Relaxing in the Courtyard (weather permitting)

Following the Pilates workshop, guests are invited to participate in an acupuncture treatment, sip mimosas inside the plush lounge area or outside on the patio! Our acupuncturists from Pivotal Motion Acupuncture will provide rejuvenating & relaxing treatments in anti-gravity chairs for guests.

Each guest will also receive a goody bag from Athleta & discounts from local businesses!

The workshop is being held in the beautiful Woodlands at Cottonwood Canyon, right by the South Cottonwood trailhead. Guests can explore the surrounding wilderness before or after the workshop, or just enjoy the time spent in this beautiful retreat.

We are excited to bring people back together in this workshop after an isolating and trying year. The workshop will focus on inner connectedness, movement, strength & energizing the mind, body & spirit!
