Bridger Pilates mat classes utilize Joseph Pilates’ original exercises in a contemporary and biomechanically sound way to challenge clients in a fitness setting. Classes focus on STOTT Pilates’ 5 basic principals of breathe, pelvic placement, rib cage alignment, shoulder stability, and head/neck placement. Instructors will explore exercises that increase spinal mobility and rotation, deep core strength, and the juxtaposition of mobility vs stability. Classes are tiered for multiple abilities as we strive to meet each client where they are physically, mentally, and emotionally.
